  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume or stock availability, we will notify you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship orders through trusted courier and logistics partners.
Estimated delivery time:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days

  • Remote / special locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on:

  • Shipping location

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Unforeseen circumstances


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be provided for specific order values or promotions.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier partner details

  • Tracking link (if available)

You can track your order directly using the provided information.


5. Shipment Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier company issues

  • Natural disasters

  • Festivals or public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

However, we will assist in tracking and resolving delays whenever possible.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Customer not available

  • Courier unable to contact customer

The shipment may be returned to us.
Reshipping will be done after confirming the correct address, and additional shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/video of the damaged package/product

We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue based on verification.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
