5. Shipment Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Natural disasters
Festivals or public holidays
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
However, we will assist in tracking and resolving delays whenever possible.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If the order cannot be delivered due to:

Customer not available
Courier unable to contact customer
The shipment may be returned to us. Reshipping will be done after confirming the correct address, and additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos/video of the damaged package/product
We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue based on verification.
